Privacy notice
Aspair is operated by OXOBOT ROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion support.
What we collect
Your sign-in email, authentication identifiers and account timestamps; your private date of birth to check adult eligibility; and the profile information and photos you choose to submit. Co-founder and dating profiles are separate. We store your swipes, matches, sent messages, blocks and reports to operate those features. Hosting, authentication and email providers may also process technical connection and delivery logs.
What others can see
Eligible signed-in members in the same space can see an approved, visible profile. Your date of birth and sign-in email are not displayed on your public profile. A profile review is not an identity verification or background check. Chat is available to mutual connections. Authorized staff can review profiles and reports and access information needed to operate and protect the service.
Profile changes
When you edit an approved profile, we store the proposed changes privately for review. Your last approved version stays available and existing connections and chats continue. Hiding your profile from discovery takes effect immediately; existing connections can still view the approved profile. Rejected edits do not replace your approved version. Your account export includes your current profile versions.
App activity and owner administration
For signed-in members who have completed setup, we record a recent app activity timestamp and one activity entry per day. This helps the operator understand daily, weekly and monthly member usage. Daily activity entries are pruned after 90 days as the app is used. This does not track anonymous website visitors. The authorized owner can search registered accounts by name, email or city, review profiles and reports, and see usage totals and recent activity. The owner can suspend access, restore it or permanently remove a member after a recorded reason and confirmation. Passwords are not shown in the owner dashboard.
Notices and administration records
We store in-app notices and your explicit notice acknowledgements. An acknowledgement records your tap, not whether you read or agreed with the message. Notices may be sent to one account, all accounts or a profile space. The owner can keep private investigation notes, review recorded contact verification and sign-in providers, and export member case records for service administration. Exports are recorded in the staff audit history. Phone information is available only if supplied. Staff notes and audit records are not automatically erased by account deletion; contact support for a retention or deletion review.
Push notification choices
If you enable phone notifications, we store your device push subscription, notification preferences, notification activity, read status and delivery attempts. Subscription credentials are encrypted at rest. Your browser or device push provider (such as Apple, Google, Microsoft or Mozilla) delivers alerts. Lock-screen previews use short generic messages rather than private chat text or names. Requests, matches and messages have separate phone-alert controls. When you choose Enable notifications and allow device permission, your first setup enables requests, matches, messages and two daily promotional reminders. The prompt explains these categories before permission. You can disable individual categories or phone alerts in Settings, and choose a maximum of two or three reminders per day. Saved off choices are preserved when you register another device. Marketing schedules use India time. OS settings and connectivity affect delivery. Notification activity is kept for 90 days and inactive device registrations for up to 180 days. Sign-out or disabling this device detaches its push subscription.
Our service providers
Supabase provides authentication, the application database, photo storage and server functions; our database project is in Mumbai. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and routes support email. Resend sends account emails. Google processes sign-in when you choose Google. Providers may process data in additional locations under their own arrangements. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Your choices
You can edit your profiles, switch their discovery visibility, block or report another profile, sign out, and download your account records from Account settings. The download contains your own sent messages, not other members’ messages or private staff notes. It lists photo paths; contact support for help obtaining photo file copies.
Deleting your account
The Delete my account control requires a recent sign-in and confirmation. It removes your authentication account, both profiles, photos, matches and associated conversations from the live service. Staff accounts need a separate ownership review. If deletion is interrupted, the account stays paused while you retry or contact support. Copies another person has saved, emails already delivered, and provider logs or backups are not erased instantly. Staff action history and private staff notes are not removed automatically by self-service deletion. Contact support for review of personal information in those records and for any specific retention or deletion concern.
Storage on your device
Aspair stores your sign-in session, theme and chosen space in browser storage. Its installable app caches public application files, not API responses, profile photos or chats. Signing out removes the local session; uninstalling an icon may not clear all browser storage. No advertising tracker is intentionally added to this release. Cloudflare may add operational performance measurements as part of hosting.
Adults only and safety
Aspair is for people aged 18 and above. Do not submit another person’s private information. Contact support if you believe a child has an account or if you need to raise a privacy or safety concern. We may update this notice as the service changes and will identify the latest version here.
