Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old. Supply accurate account and profile information, protect your login and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your activity. Read the Privacy Notice and follow the Community Guidelines.
What Aspair provides
Aspair provides separate spaces to discover potential co-founders and dating connections. Profiles are reviewed before discovery, and chat opens after a mutual connection. Reviews are not identity checks, professional endorsements, background checks or guarantees of safety, compatibility or business success. You decide whom to contact, meet or work with and should carry out your own checks.
Your content
You retain your rights to your content. By submitting it, you allow Aspair and its service providers to store, process and display it as needed to provide and protect the service, consistent with your visibility choices and the Privacy Notice. Do not upload content you lack rights to share or confidential information belonging to others.
Acceptable use and moderation
No harassment, impersonation, scraping, unlawful content, spam, scams, interference with the service or attempts to obtain another person’s account or private information. We may review content, request changes, restrict visibility or pause accounts to investigate misuse or protect members. You can ask support to review a moderation decision.
Installation, availability and changes
The installed app is a web app delivered through supported browsers. It requires internet access for accounts, profiles and conversations. Browser and device support varies. Updates may be offered in the app. Features and availability can change; no uninterrupted-service guarantee is made. This release has no paid subscription or in-app payment feature.
Leaving Aspair
You can hide your profiles or delete your account in Account settings, subject to a recent sign-in and confirmation. See the Privacy Notice for deletion details and copies that may remain outside the live service. Staff ownership must be resolved before deleting a staff account.
Questions and changes
Contact support for account concerns, privacy requests or appeals. We will identify updated terms on this page and communicate material changes through the service where appropriate. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
